When you’re in your 20s, you have just left behind the days of acne and pimples. You need to find a balance as you are not a teenager anymore, but you need care as you will be going out often. You should find a good cleanser that cleans dirt, oil and makeup from every pore. Also, find a good facial mask and a mild moisturizer. Even if you don’t have adult acne, you might still have blackheads or whiteheads that are often caused by products blocking your pores so check your makeup and moisturizer ingredients. These ingredients can all commonly be found in foundations and blushes and try to avoid them if you’re prone to spots and blemishes: mineral oils, red dyes and Isopropyl myristate. You can try pro-vitamin B5 and good quality skin conditioning agents meant for all types of skin. Try to avoid the harsh sun and use sunscreen essentially if you need to be out in the sun anyway. When choosing an SPF moisturizer make sure it protects against both UVA and UVB (broad spectrum). Try SPF 15 for the rest of the year and SPF 25 during the summer months.
